You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund or replacement.

There’s a printing error or production mistake on our end

Your order is lost in transit or never arrives

You ordered the wrong size, color, or product by mistake

You changed your mind after placing the order

The product is personalized (e.g., based on your uploaded photo), making it non-resalable if you simply change your mind

Minor color variations occur due to screen-to-print differences

How to Request a Refund or Replacement:

Our support team will review your request and get back to you within 2 business days. We'll aim to resolve approved claims within 5 business days.

If approved, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method or send a free replacement

You don’t need to return the product unless we specifically request it.

Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Digital downloads are non-refundable once generated and emailed, as they are instantly accessible and personalized.

For print-related issues, we coordinate with our fulfillment partner (Gelato) to resolve claims efficiently.
