At Wonderbooths, we want you to love your custom creations. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

🗓️ 30-Day Refund Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund or replacement.

✅ Refunds Are Available If:

  • Your product arrives damaged or defective

  • There’s a printing error or production mistake on our end

  • Your order is lost in transit or never arrives

  • You received the wrong item

❌ Refunds Are Not Available If:

  • You ordered the wrong size, color, or product by mistake

  • You changed your mind after placing the order

  • The product is personalized (e.g., based on your uploaded photo), making it non-resalable if you simply change your mind

  • Minor color variations occur due to screen-to-print differences

  • The shipping address you provided was incorrect or incomplete

How to Request a Refund or Replacement:

  1. Email us at support@wonderbooths.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

    • A short description of the issue

  2. Our support team will review your request and get back to you within 2 business days. We'll aim to resolve approved claims within 5 business days.

  3. If approved, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method or send a free replacement

Important Notes:

  • You don’t need to return the product unless we specifically request it.

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

  • Digital downloads are non-refundable once generated and emailed, as they are instantly accessible and personalized.

  • For print-related issues, we coordinate with our fulfillment partner (Gelato) to resolve claims efficiently.
