Will it really look like them?
Yes. It’s their own face and smile, painted into the scene. And you see a free preview first, so you know before you buy.
Who makes my portrait?
Our artists design every portrait scene, with help from the latest technology. When you add a photo, our AI paints your loved one into that artwork as the main character, with their own face, skin tone and hair, to make your free preview. After you order, a person on our team checks your portrait by hand and emails it to you before we print it.
I’m not good with computers. Is it hard?
Not at all. Tap the button, pick a photo from your phone, and wait about a minute. That’s it. If you get stuck, message us and we’ll help.
What kind of photo should I use?
Any clear phone photo where you can see their face: good light, looking at the camera, just one person. Selfies work great.
What if I don’t like the preview?
Then just try a different photo, or simply don’t order. The preview is free, with their face clearly visible, so you can see exactly what you’d get. You only pay if you love it.
When will it arrive?
We print it in 1–3 business days and send it to you with free US shipping. You’ll see the expected delivery dates on the product page before you order.
What exactly do I get?
A real canvas, printed and stretched on a wooden frame, with a hanging kit, ready for the wall. There are 4 sizes, from 8×10 to 18×24 inches; you pick yours after you’ve seen your preview, and each size shows its price.
Are my photos safe?
Yes. The photos you upload are deleted automatically within 24 hours. Your previews are kept for 30 days so you can come back to them, and only you can see them. We may show them to you again in our emails, then they’re deleted automatically too. We never share or sell them, and we never use them to train AI.
Can I change something after I order?
Yes. We email you your portrait before we print it. Reply within 24 hours with any change and we fix it, free, until you love it. Once it’s printed it’s made just for you, so we can’t take it back, but if it arrives damaged or misprinted we fix it free.
